This immersive workshop invites you to explore the deeper layers of your horse’s emotional and physical balance, flexibility, and wellbeing, recognising that true ease in movement begins within both body and soul.
Blending myofunctional and myofascial therapy, craniosacral therapy, and gentle stretching techniques, Equine Flow offers a nurturing approach to supporting relaxation, softness, and natural freedom of movement.
Designed for horse owners who wish to cultivate a more connected, conscious partnership, this workshop is an opportunity to learn calming, hands-on practices that honour the horse as a whole being.
